I love Linux and believe in it, but Calibre is a lot easier for Windows. I tried it on my ubuntu machine and I just got frustrated. Understanding Linux as an end-user and understanding it as a creative user (creative in the truest sense of creating) are two different experiences. I've only successfully had one.
